Mental health professionals from Therapeutic Alternatives will conduct a free workshop to define stress
and to identify causes and ways to reduce stress. Learn about the benefits gardening has on mental
health and identify options for treating stress and improving mental health. Each participant will receive
a pack of seeds to plant.
