Assembly Room

The assembly room is the largest meeting room (1025 sq ft), holding up to 120 people depending on configuration. Chairs and tables can be arranged in a variety of styles, as well as podium and projector screen. This room is fitted with a surround-sound system and microphones are available upon request. Further equipment is available upon request (see below). Food is allowed; amenities include a full-service kitchen, telephone, and private bathrooms. The library provides wireless internet connectivity. The assembly room is located on the first floor opposite the circulation desk.

Conference Room

Smaller groups may prefer the conference room (480 sq ft), which seats up to 25 people and has a conference-table setup. A large-screen TV is available upon request. Further equipment is available upon request (see below). The library provides wireless internet connectivity. Food is allowed in this room, and a sink is available, no other kitchen amenities. The conference room is located at the back of the first floor mezzanine level.

Study Rooms

Two study rooms that seat up to 4 people are available in the Adult Services department. Each room has a whiteboard and a television with HMDI connection and casting capability.

Tutoring Rooms

Two tutoring rooms are available in the Children’s Department. These rooms seat 2-3 people and have a desktop computer.

Makerspace

The Makerspace is located on the second floor of the Wilson County Public Library in the Adult Services department.  The purpose of the space is to provide patrons with technologies to support educational, professional, and personal goals and endeavors.
