Adult Services

The Wilson County Public Library Adult Services Department, on the second floor of the Main Library, contains many beneficial resources and knowledgeable staff to assist with job searching. The Career and Test Prep Collection contains study guides for GED, ACT, SAT, and career placement tests; resume writing manuals; books on various careers and occupations; and resources for getting into college. The computer lab provides access to Internet, Microsoft Office, and NC Live databases containing resources on careers, business, investing, language-learning, and more! Library staff provides free technology classes, computer help, research assistance, printing/scanning/copying/faxing, free exam proctoring and Interlibrary Loan services.

Technology Classes

Wilson County Public Library offers weekly technology classes focusing on introductory computer skills, Google tools, Microsoft Office programs, social media, and more! We also provide 1:1 assistance in our monthly Device Advice drop-in programs. Please check our calendar for upcoming events or contact us at 252-237-5355. All classes are free. Registration is required for technology classes due to limited space.
