The Wilson County Public Library offers Notary Public services free of charge on a limited schedule at the Main, Black Creek, Elm City and Lucama branches.  All signing parties need to bring a government-issued picture ID, and all signing parties need to be present. It is advised to call ahead of time to make sure a notary will be available.
