Microsoft PowerPoint Mini-Series

April 8: PowerPoint Basics

Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.
Learn to use PowerPoint's basic features to add and delete slides, change slide layouts, format text, select themes, and add graphics to a presentation.

April 15: PowerPoint Special Effects
Prerequisite: Attendance at PowerPoint Basics or equivalent experience.
Learn how to insert objects such as text boxes, shapes, charts, and more, then discover how to apply animations and slide transitions to enhance your presentation.

Some programs are funded by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grant awarded to the Wilson County Public Library for the creation of a CrAFT Studio - Creativity, Art, Fabrication, and Technology lab. The CrAFT Studio will combine the Makerspace movement with STEAM subjects through robotics, coding, crafts, electronics, and more.
