Glow Painting

Main Library Assembly Room

Ages 12 and up.

Follow step-by-step instructions on how to paint a lovely campfire scene or let your adventurous side run wild in this acrylic painting program. All materials will be provided, including trash bags to wear over your clothing and glow-in-the-dark paint. Light snacks and drinks will also be provided. First come basis for canvas. Some programs are funded by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grant awarded to the Wilson County Public Library for the creation of a CrAFT Studio - Creativity, Art, Fabrication, and Technology lab. The CrAFT Studio will combine the Makerspace movement with STEAM subjects through robotics, coding, crafts, electronics, and more.
