Video Conferencing Basics

 Main Library Conference Room

Prerequisite: An email account and experience using the Internet.

Learn to use video conferencing for work or to interact with family and friends. Create an account on the popular platform Zoom and learn to use various features for online meetings. Learn about additional video conferencing platforms as well. 

Laptops will be provided. Registration is required, as space is limited. For more information or to register, contact Adult Services at PublicLibrary@wilsoncountync.gov or 252-237-5355 ext. 5028.

Some programs are funded by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grant awarded to the Wilson County Public Library for the creation of a CrAFT Studio - Creativity, Art, Fabrication, and Technology lab. The CrAFT Studio will combine the Makerspace movement with STEAM subjects through robotics, coding, crafts, electronics, and more.
