Financial Wellness Series: Financial Planning Basics

Main Library Assembly Room

Learn how to develop a financial plan that meets your needs. Financial Planner Chris Jenkins will discuss goal setting, constructing a budget, creating an emergency fund, insurance protection, and how to wisely use credit. Jenkins will discuss basic investment concepts that can help you pursue goals such as saving for college, opening a business, or saving for retirement. Lastly, learn about estate planning and why it’s an essential component of your financial plan.

The CrAFT Studio will combine the Makerspace movement with STEAM subjects through robotics, coding, crafts, electronics, and more.
